Shipping policy

All purchases are shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA via USPS or UPS.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax).
• We currently only ship within the United States.

Delivery & Responsibility

• Cilloya is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Warm Weather & Butter-Based Products

Our butter-based products are formulated to melt around body temperature, which means they may soften or melt in transit—especially in warmer months or warmer climates.

We will make every effort to pack your order so it arrives in excellent condition, but:

• If your product arrives melted, we are unable to replace or refund it.
• The good news: you can still use it. Simply place the product in the refrigerator for a bit to resolidify, then store it in a cool place away from direct heat and light.
