What is the story behind Cilloya?
Cilloya was established in May 2023 with a simple mission: to help women who spend their lives taking care of others find small, meaningful ways to take care of themselves. We believe self-care shouldn't be another chore on your to-do list; it should be a moment of peace that fits into the life you already live.
I noticed some changes! What’s new with the relaunch?
We’ve refreshed Cilloya to be more intentional. We’ve refined our fragrance line to our "Signature 4," upgraded our Room + Linen mists to frosted glass bottles, and reframed our bundles into "Experiences"—curated sets designed to help you reset, glow, or wind down.
Product Usage
What is a "Bath + Shower Infusion"?
Formerly known as our Bath Teas, we renamed them to reflect how our customers actually use them. While they are beautiful in a tub, we know you don't always have time for a soak. Each 10oz pouch now includes sachets so you can hang the botanicals from your shower head. The steam activates the fragrance and oils, turning a standard shower into a 5-minute spa moment.
How do I use the Solid Cocoa Butter Body Bars?
These bars are concentrated moisture in solid form. They stay solid at room temperature but melt slightly upon contact with the warmth of your skin. Simply glide the bar over your skin after a shower or whenever you feel dry. They are perfect for travel or for keeping on your nightstand for a quick hand and elbow treatment before bed.
What is the difference between the Body Oil and the Body Bar?
Our Body Oils are lightweight and provide an instant "glow," making them perfect for use on damp skin right out of the shower. Our Body Bars are more occlusive and rich, providing a deeper, longer-lasting moisture barrier. For the ultimate "Butter Soft" result, many of our customers layer the oil over the bar.
How should I use the Room + Linen Mists?
We call these our "Atmosphere" collection because they are designed to shift the mood of your space. Spray them on your bed linens, curtains, or into the air to refresh your environment. We recommend a quick mist of Sol in the morning to wake up your senses, or Sleep on your pillow to signal to your brain that it’s time to rest.

Ingredients & Care
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use high-quality, botanical ingredients. However, if you are particularly sensitive to fragrances, we highly recommend our Bare collection. It features our signature body oil and butter bar formulas without any added fragrance or essential oils.
How should I store my products?
Because we use natural butters and oils (like cocoa butter), our products can be sensitive to extreme heat. Keep your Body Bars and Scrubs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If your Body Bar softens in the summer heat, simply pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to firm it back up.
